Engineering Design
The Sensornet team will design the entire engineering solution for you. This includes the fibre optic cable and its installation, associated accessories required such as inwell components (splicing, housing) and termination and junction boxes, the sensing equipment and the monitoring and reporting software. All components are environmentally certified and approved for use in hazardous zones.
Installation Services
Sensornet has highly trained personnel and equipment to perform fibre optic installations across a number of industries - from inside oil wells, along the length of pipelines to inside dams.
Each specific installation requires specialised knowledge and equipment as well as dedicated fibre optic cable designs. Sensornet has built this knowledge over a number of years and together with installation partners is able to tackle the most challenging of installations.

For example, our upstream oil and gas sector partners include world class experts such as FloQuest who provide the expertise, experience and advanced modelling algorithms required for Digital Flow Profiling and Digital Well Integrity monitoring. FloQuest provides visualisation and interpretation of distributed temperature and other downhole sensors. The custom software with optimised workflows, integrated visualisation and advanced models allow you to easily access and utilise production data.
Founded in 2006 FloQuest is a UK based company working on a number of international projects concerned with near wellbore modelling and in-well data management. In addition to industry leading near wellbore flow modelling solutions FloQuest provides software for the visualisation and interpretation of distributed temperature and other downhole sensors. FloQuest’s unique software with optimised workflows allow clients to easily access and better utilise production data ensuring maximum return on their monitoring investments.
