Sensornet's delighted to announce appointment of Martin Perry as new Sensornet Chairman
Martin Perry is Chief Executive of Sondex plc, an oilfield technology company which has grown around 20 fold since he joined the company 10 years ago. Sondex floated on the main London Stock Exchange in 2003. Martin gained his degree in Engineering at Exeter University and entered the Oilfield as a Field Engineer for Dresser Atlas. Subsequently, Martin had a successful career in the IT and Data Communications industry, re-joining the Oil Industry through a Management Buy Out at Sondex. To Sensornet Martin brings a broad experience of the oilfield service and technology markets as well as first hand knowledge of the challenges facing a fast growing small company. Martin is thrilled to be joining the Sensornet team and is "excited to be joining Sensornet at a crucial stage of the company’s development; with proven products, unique differentiation and a rapidly growing market I look forward to seeing significant commercial progress."
