Mark Watson
Mark Watson is Regional Manager - Middle East for the Digital Oilfield Division, which incorporates all sectors of the Oil & Gas Industry. Mark has worked in the Upstream O&G Service Industry for 18 years.
With an ONC in mechanical engineering, Mark first entered the oil & gas industry over 18 years ago as a quality control engineer with Vetco Gray. After 4 years working in this QC position Mark worked for 2 prominent service companies where he worked primarily in a senior project engineer capacity, eventually moving into Sales & Marketing for Schlumberger’s reservoir monitoring division in Saudi Arabia.
Prior to joining Sensornet, Mark worked for Weatherford’s optical sensing division where he held the joint positions of Qatar Country Manager and Regional Business Development Manager since the beginning of 2004 to June 2007.
